It’s time for us to become serious about Jesus and our walk with him. Today. Not tomorrow or later this week. But today. There is an immediacy in these words because the time is short. In fact, the Bible says in Revelation that the time is at hand. How much nearer now than before?
In John 9:4, Jesus said, “As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.” (NIV) We can’t be like the people in Noah’s time who remained ignorant of the coming day of judgment.
