Writing for God, Fighting Human Trafficking

Global Transitions

Spent some time talking with and listening to a presentation by the Global Transitions team. I was radically impressed and challenged. The organization works against human trafficking in Cambodia. I like their information that states that “Rescue is not an event; it’s a process.” How true. Once these girls are rescued from sexual slavery, what are they to do, where to go?

Global Transitions provides “holistic aftercare…that goes beyond trauma recovery…every girl is unique, so we work girl by girl–and that’s why we’re seeing unparalleled success.” Check them out at Transitionsglobal.org
